Catering Services
From intimate dinners to lavish galas, our knowledgeable event planner
& culinary team will attend to your every detail. Partake in
a hors d’ oeuvre reception, bountiful buffet or elegant sit-down
dinner. Enjoy additional services; floral decorations, cakes, specialty
linens, customized menus, limousine service & wine pairings.
Dining Accommodations
Avila dining rooms can accommodate up to 180 guests for a seated
event & 300 guests for standup receptions. Private meeting rooms
can accommodate 10 to 50 guests for seated events. All rooms are
subject to rental charges. Please discuss specific seating arrangements
with your Event Planner.
Menu Confirmation
Final menus are due three weeks prior to the event. In return, the
client will receive a copy of the event order & may make additional
changes & or deletions.
Guest Guarantee
Guest attendance must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event.
Buffet Services
Buffet service is available for 40 or more guests. Request our extensive
buffet themed menu.
Deposit
A security deposit may be required. Deposit money will be credited
toward the final invoice.
Banquet Service Charge
A 20% service charge will be added to all banquet events. Facilities
reserved for Sunday Brunch or Wednesday Night Buffet will be charged
a $50 room rental fee.
Valet Parking
Due to limited parking availability, valet parking is required for
groups of 100 or more.
Minimums & Labor Charges
To order a Buffet (40 person min.) or Carving Station a min. of
$50 is required for service provided by an attendant or Chef. A
$250 min. is required for bars or a $50 bartender fee.
Linens, Décor & Ice Sculptures
White table linens are provided at no additional charge. Colored
linens are available for a nominal fee. Avila specializes in creating
unique ice sculptures for every occasion.
Banners, Signs & Displays
The Club does not permit affixing any item to walls, floors or ceilings.
Damages
Clients are fully responsible for any damages incurred to Avila
Golf & Country Club.
Non-Member Usage
All non-member functions must be sponsored by a current Club member.
A signed letter of sponsorship is required from the Club member.
Lost or Damaged Property
The Club shall not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any
merchandise or articles left at the Club prior to, during or following
an event.
Security Gate Access
Avila Security requires a guest list, in advance, for gate entry.
The guest list must be typed in alphabetical order beginning with
last name first.
Food & Beverage
The Florida State Liquor Commission regulates the sale & service
of alcoholic beverages. Avila Golf & Country Club is responsible
for the administration of these regulations. According to Club policy,
liquor cannot be supplied by an outside source. Additionally, the
Club does not allow food supplied, purchased or catered from an
outside source. The client may provide wedding cakes (Cake-cutting
fee of $1.50 per person.)
Banquet Menu Agreement
All reservations & agreements are made upon & are subject
to the rules & regulations of the Club & conditions specified
in this service description.
